Update 0.0.3

- Fixed animation speed not quite speeding up fully to 2x/3x. 3x speed should be a lot faster now.

- Cards will no longer shift around in hand after playing cards in most cases

- You can now "queue" multiple cards to play by clicking on multiple cards in your hand

- Fix a couple of visual artifacts with overlapping cards

- Added downloadable windows version
