This is most excellent. I have an incremental game of my own and it's not nearly as good because I cannot figure out how to balance things like prices, upgrades and prestiges. What's your advice on balancing? How did you achieve it?

Look, the worst thing about this game is that it has a timer that limits clicks per second. I know I clicked a lot more than what I get, the game is running at 100% speed since I have a decent computer. This is an unbearable game design flaw.

in fact it has to be intentional, normally you would just accept all clicks. so you want to inflate game length??

super cute, i love the color palette

fun game would love to see more content for it

This was a lot of fun to play! Any chance of a Mac version in the future?

Very cool game. I burst out laughing several times, notably when I unlocked "Dragon Bond". Because "The name's Bond. Dragon Bond."

Fantastic and super relaxing game. played for about 2 hours and would have played for longer if i didnt reach the end of the prototype!!

Barribob. Please answer my questions

1: How long did it take you to make this game?

2: What coding language do you use?

3: How did you start?

4: How do I be like you?

5: What is a good way to learn the coding language you use?

6: What is a good way to practice using the coding language you use?

7: How do you add a game to itch.io

8: Does the coding language matter when it comes to itch.io games?

9: Since you use Godot, would you recommend it to a relatively new coder?

10: If not, what would you recommend a relatively new coder to use?

11: What are some words of wisdom you have to share with me

12: More of a random question, where did the name Barribob come from?

13: How do you get the ideas for these games?

14: How do you name your games?

Thank you if you do answer, absolutely no problem if you don't, I'm going to be asking a lot of my favorite creators these questions to see if anyone will respond.

Amazing game love the detail, and I thought it would be some silly clicker game. how wrong I was

Awesome game! I would love a way to see the lifetime values for resources

Super nice! Enjoying and relaxing!

Briefly played, briefly enjoyed.  Stoked to put in some more time soon. Very cool work!

I noticed in the credits you did not put yourself!

Really enjoyed this. Completed the demo in ~2 hours. I loved that it wasn't just numbers going up faster, there was actually a strategy on which area to focus on, new resources, and different buildings. Keep up the great work.

This is strangely fun and relaxing. Nicely done!

I came here from Haelian on youtube.

I loved the "tap tap tap tap tap" sound effect that occurs when you click and hold! I also loved how the books in the library completed their progress in a wave, almost all together.

I Loved playing your game, very addicting!

1:01:45 i like it i will 100% play the full game

57:10 Very cool game :) Loved the art, style and mechanics (especially that you only have to hold instead of click)

fun game. maybe add some story line for the final version to make it not just about clicking.

took me an hour and 8 minutes like the rest of them. id love to pay for a full wizard game of this!!

1:08:00 on the dot. That was fun, it'd be neat to see an actual ending though. At-least a final tower level at the end. Still enjoyed playing a lot.

Fun game, this prototype took about 2 hours to finish and thats enough for me. Expanding this will be great for those who enjoy spending hours and hours on something like this :)

also great graphics, sounds and colour schemes!

this is a very fun game 10/10

Nice game. I liked the music and the art a lot. This game is for patient people, it takes time to collect resources required to upgrade the tower. I left it when it required lifetime of 350K.

The game is very fun and easily captures the player's attention. I played for a few hours and really enjoyed it. The graphics are beautiful and well-made, and the sound and visual effects are also very good. A very good game :)

extremely fun, I can't wait to see how it turns out!

Spent waaay too much time on this, but it hooked me, good one

I think I found an issue in web browser window mode?
1. Click+hold a room,
2. Drag the cursor outside of game bounds,
3. Release hold there,
4. Move cursor back in game bounds
This results in an autoclicker. It needs some finagling when positioning the cursor back, but I could leave it for as long as I'd like on auto.

I ran into the auto-click as well, but you don't even have to move the mouse outside of the game, just click & hold & drag, maybe mix a right click in there. Not terribly useful in the long-run since most of the resource generation is auto and you have to move the mouse around to upgrade things.

1:13:08. Not a bad time. I went away to shower, and probably could have ended earlier.

Nice game, progression feels good. 01:16:16

beat it in 1:08:45.very fun.I like it. :)

Beat it in 1:02:22 -- fun game!

Beat it in 1:14:31 very fun and enjoyable. Love the little dragon.

Whenever I tried to run the downloaded version Microsoft Defender flagged it, so I threw it in VirusTotal where it said it had a trojan :/

Why does this orb need all this magic and wood anyhow? Like I get a sweet tower but what's in it for the orb?

Excellent game btw, can't wait for more!
