Fun game, not really into these types of game, but it kept me hook.

i feel evil

I find it kind of mildly funny that lantern upgrades very very mildly "nerf" how strong Soul Charge is, if the enemy is armored.

Ideally, you have like 300 souls uncollected, do them all at once, and bam, enemy armor is nearly negligible.

TBH technically it doesn't matter at all, if you already have a base damage that makes their armor irrelevant, so this isn't actually anti-synergy, just found it funny though.

Cool game. I really liked the design and art direction of the game, as well as the general thematic vibe. The gameplay was also quite engaging for an incremental. An hour well spent (especially for free).

Nice Game!

I’ve been pushing the little embers into the shrine for like 20 10 minutes now, nothing has changed. What am I doing wrong?

Ah the graveyard UI was too small and it fell below the screen. I suggest scanning for the screen resolution and autoscaling the UI based on that .

Also a bit more margin on the bottom for the UI would be good.

I see, seems like for high DPI screens, the screen is too big, will look into!

Good game

Great update! I really like how the systems feed into each other now. The progression felt more dynamic, and the endgame less tedious. Still a bit short (some upgrades like cursed shells didn't really have the time to shine), but a much more cohesive experience!

Great to know, thanks for the feedback!

what did the update add

The well system got replaced. Manual input is less mandatory for endgame now, and you get to the secondary resource system much earlier. The combat upgrades are different (more dependent on earlygame progression) and the enemies have different defenses now.

good game

If you've thought about making a sequel/continuation for commercial release I'd definitely buy it.

I like it. I'm now envious. I really need to make that one game I want where you're basically doing this on a train or something. Or a zombie base. Too many ideas, aaaaaaaaaa

Honestly, I thought it was going to be something pretty standard for incremental games, but I was surprised. The game is simple but very fun; it was an hour well spent. :v

barribob is back

Another nice little game, and appreciate that they're free as well
Wish you continued success with your other works

Really cool game! I can see you put your heart and soul (pun unintented) into this masterpiece. Can't wait to see the final product. Keep up the good work mate!

its really cool how production and collection are split, and that production never gets so high as to out pace collection. it means that if you want to focus on the game you can prioritize optimizing production, and always have something to do. it compliments the relatively short run time.

This is really cool! Looking forward to seeing what this turns into :)

The was increasingly interesting. As I continued, things became clearer and clearer. I love how your games have simple mechanics and I can pretty consistently understand what I need to do. Working on getting mine like that

I have pushed an update that reworks the second half of the game. Let me know what you all think!
