Great update! I really like how the systems feed into each other now. The progression felt more dynamic, and the endgame less tedious. Still a bit short (some upgrades like cursed shells didn't really have the time to shine), but a much more cohesive experience!
The well system got replaced. Manual input is less mandatory for endgame now, and you get to the secondary resource system much earlier. The combat upgrades are different (more dependent on earlygame progression) and the enemies have different defenses now.
I like it. I'm now envious. I really need to make that one game I want where you're basically doing this on a train or something. Or a zombie base. Too many ideas, aaaaaaaaaa
Honestly, I thought it was going to be something pretty standard for incremental games, but I was surprised. The game is simple but very fun; it was an hour well spent. :v
Really cool game! I can see you put your heart and soul (pun unintented) into this masterpiece. Can't wait to see the final product. Keep up the good work mate!
its really cool how production and collection are split, and that production never gets so high as to out pace collection. it means that if you want to focus on the game you can prioritize optimizing production, and always have something to do. it compliments the relatively short run time.
The was increasingly interesting. As I continued, things became clearer and clearer. I love how your games have simple mechanics and I can pretty consistently understand what I need to do. Working on getting mine like that
I wanted to let you know that there’s a game on Steam looks like copied your game Tower Wizard, it is called Tower Lords. It seems to be an AI-remade version — the gameplay, visuals, and structure are very similar.
Great game, amazing concept; love the ambiance and the soul collection mechanic, feels unique and meaningful. Really inspiring like always..
For the end game I would’ve love to see some details about damages from the last curse, how it is calculated, and the link with the total number of collected souls. Overall, the end game felt a bit slow, but mostly because you have to maintain the mouse button pressed on that well for so long… Also I felt sad that the last upgrade of the well speed collection was still below manual speed, my hope of finally releasing that mouse button was crushed…
If you ever have a creative high, can you expand this into a run-away story? Evolve Curse => New bigger map with more economy, tougher targets. For some unholy reason I see the curse as Hikaru-esque initially the villain, but lateron the anti-hero avenging all the souls that found a bad end against the "pure" humanz.

Great to know, thanks for the feedback!
what did the update add

If you've thought about making a sequel/continuation for commercial release I'd definitely buy it.

This is really cool! Looking forward to seeing what this turns into :)

I have pushed an update that reworks the second half of the game. Let me know what you all think!
Absolutely made my day, holy shit!!! I would absolutely pay for this, let alone an expanded version!!!!
Very fun and atmospheric!
Hi Baribob PLEASE CHECKMY COMMENT HERE!!!!!
I wanted to let you know that there’s a game on Steam looks like copied your game Tower Wizard, it is called Tower Lords.
It seems to be an AI-remade version — the gameplay, visuals, and structure are very similar.
Youu might want to check it out
Yea Tower Lords is way to close not to be a copy. At lest does some of the reviewers on Steam seem to be aware of it!
I cannot wait to see what this game turn into
Always love your games! This was tons of fun. Finished in 45min. Was really hoping for a prestige system so that I can play it even more!
Looking forward for updates/more games!
A fun hour of nice idle gameplay and a mix of active too, the visuals and sound design was really nice good job!!!
Very fun! played the whole thing
This is a spooky delight to play. Thank you!
Thanks for this very entertaining game ! Things were sometimes a bit slow but it’s enjoyable !!

A little gameplay, a little critique ;)
Loved this game! Well, I love all your games really. Would absolutely buy an expanded version of this.

A good observation. I definitely would have to make the well mechanic better if I expand it.
I started with the idea I would just see what it was like ... 1hr later I have completed it :P - great little incremental!
great! thank you
The "herding" mechanic is incredibly satisfying! Very nicely done.

Super fun as always. Had an issue on browser (Firefox) where the game froze up after about fifteen minutes, but I downloaded it and it ran fine.
Does not scale at all on high-dpi monitor
I was afraid that might be the case for the non-UI elements, I will look into this
peak as hell
could you make incense speed increase the speed of the bullets it shoots out too?
Makes sense, I will look into it
Looks great! Corrupted in a bit over an hour. Wish there was a bit more to upgrade besides the well, gravestones and curses.
